Dialogues on God, Creed and Scriptures

Conclusion

Friends,
As in other parts of the world, in our country too a big majority of the people are believers in God. We firmly believe that the universe and everything in it are created and sustained by God. We understand that behind this world and every single atom in it there is a wonderful planning and extremely skilful arrangement. This universe stands as the most wonderful thing before us, which is beyond the comprehension of human intelligence and imagination. Every person who is not blind out of his arrogance recognizes the great force behind this universe. The consciousness about the creator, who has neither a beginning nor an end, who is formless, invisible, all- knowing and all-powerful, has existed right from the early man to the present day, in all times and all places.
God the creator and the sustainer is our real lord and master. Like other things in this universe, we too were born in the world in accordance with His will and rules.
The sun does its mission in accordance to the system decided by God. The moon, stars, wind, rain, thunder and lightning obey the rules set by God. Birds, animals, aquatic creatures, reptiles, insects and plants and all creatures follow completely the natural laws decided by God; the creator of the Universe. So all these exist in obedience to the system of God, or in other word they exist in Islam. Islam literally means obeying of God's laws; and the person who obeys them is Muslim. So in order to live in harmony with the structure of this universe and nature, we are bound to adopt and observe the divine system of God in all spheres of life.
All human beings who accept God as the creator and sustainer are bound to search whether God has given any instructions regarding how their life should be lived. Such a search will give him clear knowledge about the messengers of God and the divine revelations which the God informed through his chosen prophets.
Religion is a complete system of life which God has gifted to the humanity through his messengers. All religions were basically the same. As God is single the religion which came from Him must be inevitably one. Still several religions are seen today, and there exist obvious differences and contradictions among them. The reason for this is the human interventions, their additions and deletions. Had there been no such interventions there would have been no differences or contradictions in religion that is derived from the single God, who is the Lord of this Universe. So we are bound to search for and study the religion and the scripture, which is completely free from any human interventions, additions or deletions, and which exists in the exact form as revealed by God through His messenger. It is hoped that such a study will help to find out the system of life revealed through Prophet Muhammad, some one thousand and four hundred years ago.
Islam is not the religion of any particular caste, or nation or of any language, or of people of any particular time. It is the common property of all, like the light of the sun, of the moon, like air, and water. Everyone has a right to it. It is a divine grace to the humanity. We have equal rights to this system of life given by God who granted us life, living, and also health. Our success or failure, rewards or punishments in the hereafter depend on our acceptance or rejection of this system of life.
I have no claim that answers given here are complete or final. As answers are given within my limited knowledge and thought, there is scope for more authentic and more reasonable answers. However it is hoped that this work would help the reader to have a general understanding of Islam which was given by God to the humanity irrespective of their differences in nationality, colour, ethnicity and language. I pray to God to make this book shed light on the readers towards the right path of success. Let the grace of God fall on everyone of us to find his true path and follow it so as to become successful here and the hereafter.
